My favorite infant car seat for twins is the Chicco Keyfit 30 or Chicco Keyfit 35 because it is easily one of the safest, top-rated car seats on the market. Specifically, this Chicco is a great car seat for newborn twins because of its ability to accommodate premature infants as little as 4 pounds! Most twins are born early (even full term is early for twins) and are typically small when they leave the hospital. The Chicco Keyfit 30 or Keyfit 35 is the preferred car seat of many NICUs because it’s the perfect combination of safety, convenience, comfort and quality in addition to its minimum weight limit!
We had two Chicco Keyfit 30 car seats when my twins were born because the car seats easily snap into the Babytrend Double Snap and Go. You can also purchase extra Chicco Keyfit 30 Infant Car Seat Base or the Chicco Keyfit 35 Car Seat Base which make it super easy and convenient to switch between vehicles!

What can I say other than this thing is worth its weight in gold!! An absolute MUST HAVE for feeding twins. You can start using it when the twins are just a few months old to bottle feed or just let them lounge. My twins used their Table for Two past 12 months as a place to hang out!

This exact Graco 3 in 1 convertible car seat is the BEST! 10/10 recommend! It's very reasonably priced and one of the slimmest car seats on the market, which is great if you have twins. It's 5-star rated, incredibly safe, comfortable, easy to install, has 2 cup holders, a side storage pocket and best of all: It accommodates children from infancy up to 100 pounds! It's literally the only car seat you'll ever need after you transition from the infant car seats! I have two of them in our minivan and we love them. If you're ready to switch to convertible car seats, this is the one to get!
